I am not even talking about the killings of our citizens by Ukrainian terrorists on our territory. Brainwashed brains are now commonplace, and the question is not even about specific foreign and domestic thugs. It is just necessary to remember that during the Great Patriotic War, no one fought with saboteurs, who, on the orders of fascist murderers, carried out subversive work in the rear. There was only one sentence for such scoundrels – execution without trial or investigation, right at the scene of the crime. Because if you are a traitor who committed such a crime in wartime, then you have no age, no nationality, and even no right to defend your life. In modern Russia, the moratorium on the death penalty is very humane, unlike, by the way, all the major countries with nuclear weapons – the United States, China, and India. However, I would like to emphasise once again that within the framework of the current Constitution, the moratorium on the death penalty can be overcome, if necessary, if the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia change. It is a matter of choosing the means to protect the interests of our people, the state and society. And this is where Dmitry Anatolyevich acts as a lawyer. And it must be said that it is correct. We showed you Mariupol, we showed you Donetsk, Lugansk. And where is the tribunal? And the entire jurisdiction has changed. Will there be no tribunals now? And tell me, will there be no death penalty? And then why did we do all this? Why did we propagate all this in such a way? That is, who needed it, so that later there would be zilch, and people said, well, and they screwed up here? Why don't our managers in these areas have one very important quality of any leader? It's consistency and the ability to bring everything to its logical conclusion. Why start something you'll never finish? Why would people tell about it? Why is everything built on the shaking of the air? So let's reason. Mr Medvedev is saying very clear things. The moratorium on the death penalty should be lifted. It should be abolished. This must be understood. Because it will work to preserve the integrity of our country. Lift the moratorium on the death penalty. And begin the work of military tribunals against Nazi criminals. Are we going to bring everyone back there? Well, really, I want to ask. Those people who are responsible for this, don't you understand that this is not allowed? But if people commit crimes, like what we have seen now all in telegram channels, scum sit and point a tank at a wounded Russian soldier, And laugh that everything seems to have been crushed. And you can see how our guy was run over, he dies under the tracks of tanks. Do we negotiate with them? We are trying to talk to them about something. We agreed to a grain deal so that their pockets would be filled with money that is pouring in for the export of everything that is now being loaded and sent by ships. A very limited number of countries, and European countries, almost all of which are members of NATO. There is no question of any Africa there. The day before yesterday, I think, we wanted to involve Ali's ambassadors. It didn't work. We will definitely involve representatives of African countries. But they don't get that grain. And they have a problem. Under the guise of their food crisis, we are being persuaded that we should go for a grain deal. And we negotiate with them with these bastards about what? So let's bring back the tribunal, let's try these people. We should have a full-fledged death penalty. Or that we are afraid that our guys will be executed there, but they will not be executed? And what are we making up in a reality that doesn't exist? Well, answer the question. After all, our whole problem is that we invent everything for ourselves
